CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you plan to cancel/reschedule more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you have to make it on booking website. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, your deposit will be lost.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS (NO SHOWS): is when you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and you don't call us to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and it will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY: Every appointment has an allotted time period reserved especially for that guest, and we want you to get the most out of your appointment time. If it is your first visit, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment start time in order to complete all necessary paperwork without cutting into your session time. For all returning guests, please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time to check in, get situated, and be ready to go for your full allotted session time.

LATE ARRIVALS: Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive 15 minutes-20 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee, per our late cancellation policy. Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guests appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.

DEPOSITS: We require up to a 50% deposit from first time guests for all services. Recurring guests may also be asked for a deposit on full sets. The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your service. If you No Show or Late Cancel or Late Reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

FOREIGN FILL FEE - Please understand that each Lash Salon is unique. Each has their own standard, styles, and the materials used. We may be able to fill for clients that had lashes completed by another salon. However, as stated, we will try our best to match what you have on and will charge a $20 foreign fill fee. If we're unable to match what you have on due to the the quality of work done, we will remove your current lash and give you a new set. (Removal fee may apply).

REDO/REFUND POLICY: Our intent is to have each client 100% satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation. Waiting for extended periods of time can cause complications due to shedding phase of the eyelashes. Notify us no later than 3 days to properly assess issue. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we do not offer refunds on services performed.

What to expect during your visit:

Show up with a fresh face (no makeup, mascara, or sunscreen).

Plan for your first Lash extension appointment to last between 90 minutes - 2 hours.

Your Stylist will help you choose the Lash look that's best for you based on your eye shape and personal style.

Relax on a comfortable, cushioned bed, draped under a cozy velour blanket, and your Stylist will apply your Lash extensions one by one.
